I am a 36 year old mother of three little boys with a background in Nutrition and Medicine. I am also a fitness enthusiast and love spending time outdoors here in New England. My life was changed dramatically after starting to eat Paleo in the early spring of 2011. Since then I have lost about 25 lbs and reshaped my body through diet and exercise. I love to cook (and EAT!), and will be sharing recipes, tips, and ideas on how we are eating and transitioning our boys to Paleo.
